Both rooms feature blackout blinds and comfortable reading chairs. The third bedroom is a private daylight basement suite with a Queen bed, a cozy large sofa, and its own Smart TV (stairs required).

Accessibility is a core pillar of this property. While not officially classified as ADA-compliant, the home features a flat carport entry, 36" wide hallways, and a ramped entrance. The main floor includes a specialized ADA-friendly ensuite bathroom with a curb-less walk-in shower, grab bars, a shower chair, and a wheel-under sink.
