The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to provide comfort for all: the second floor features a king bed in a loft bedroom that is open to the floor below and includes an en suite bathroom. The main floor offers a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin XL bunk beds in the third. For additional guests, a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed is located on the lower level.

Outdoor and indoor living are seamlessly integrated to ensure a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy multiple decks equipped with firepits or take advantage of the seasonal floating dock (available May to October) for kayak adventures on the Potomac. To unwind, the home offers a cozy indoor fireplace, a sauna, and a hot tub.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM (strictly enforced by county ordinance); hot tub power shuts off at 10 PM
