General rules • Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later. Check-out is by 10:00 am unless otherwise approved. • Pet policy varies by property. If pets are allowed, a $100 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay. • Guests bringing service animals must notify us in advance and describe the specific service provided. Animals must be crated when left alone and are not permitted on furniture. Cleaning fees will apply if hair or damage is found. • Dock usage, if applicable, must be pre-approved. Guests are required to submit photos of the dock’s current condition along with this message via Airbnb or VRBO: “As requested, here are pictures of the dock in its current condition before we use it to dock our boat.” • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside or outside. • No local bookings (within 60 miles) are accepted without prior approval. • Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. • Please report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them during your stay. • Guests are required to start a load of dishes before checkout. • For arrivals after 9:00 pm, please notify us in advance so we can have someone available in case any issues arise.

Security deposit required A security deposit of $500 is required. The deposit will be processed by the host directly on the guest’s credit card. Failure to follow the house rules below may result in a partial or full loss of the deposit.

Occupancy and party policy Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced as listed. A $500 fee will be charged for exceeding the posted occupancy. Outdoor cameras may be used to verify compliance. Parties and events are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund, including no refund from Airbnb or other booking platforms.
