Guests The maximum total number of guests is limited to 6. The guest responsible for registering the booking must be 24 years old or older. All guests staying must be registered with the host beforehand. Only registered guests may spend the night. Pets No more than 3 dogs. A pet fee MUST be paid at the time of booking. Please pay the pet fee while booking ($150 per visit). We love our four-legged babies here at The Sea Maiden but please adhere to the following requests: - No dogs on the beds. - There is a dog bed provided as well as a cover for the couch. - We included a small basket of dog supplies that you are welcome to use if needed. - We ask that you do not use any of the white towels on the dogs. In the basket, you should find some older towels that we use for dog cleanup. - Please keep your dog on a leash as there may be other guests with their furry babies at one of the other units. - If staying longer than 2 days we ask that you sweep regularly to stay ahead of the dog hair. - Always please pick up any poop! Damage waiver There is a “Damage Waiver” built into your reservation booking total as an “Admin Fee”. This fee covers only unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may have occurred during your stay. Damages and breakages must be reported to the host as soon as reasonably possible, or before/upon checkout. The fee will pay a maximum benefit of $300. Any damages that exceed $300 will be charged to the credit card on file. NOTE: This is NOT insurance and only applies to ACCIDENTAL damages. Any damages that either exceed $300, are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file. *Please read the house rules in the welcome book located on the TV stand. *VRBO cancellations are subject to all credit card fees incurred. Check-in & checkout Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Guests agree to checkout by 10am on checkout day. Extended check-out or check-in times may be accommodated, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact the host. Quiet hours Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors, particularly during nighttime hours (from 10pm - 6am), and upon arrival and departure. Commercial photography Commercial photography is not allowed unless guests have written permission from the host beforehand. Please contact the host for pricing. Events & parties Parties are NOT allowed. No confetti, glitter, or excessive trash allowed otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Strictly registered guests only. No unregistered visitors are permitted, and the property may not be used as the base for a party under any circumstances. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave, additional cleaning costs being charged, and guests being reported to Airbnb. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the stay. There will be a $250+ additional fee added for smoking inside the home and/or not properly disposing of cigarette butts. Weapons policy Weapons, including firearms, are NOT permitted at the property. If a guest brings a weapon onto the property, the host can cancel the booking immediately without reimbursement. In the event of this happening and if weapons are left behind at the property, the authorities will be called to retrieve them and it will be up to the guest to figure out how to get their property back. Damages and breakages Damages and breakages must be reported to the host as soon as reasonably possible. To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior approval by the host. IMPORTANT: The owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the rental any guests who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
