Guests should be aware that the roads leading to the property and the driveway are very steep; while this is the price for such incredible views, it may be challenging for some drivers. During winter, a vehicle with four-wheel drive, snow tires or chains, and good clearance is highly recommended due to potential snow-ins. As this is a cabin in the woods, guests are encouraged to keep doors and windows closed to minimize bugs.

• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must stay at the property.
• Lodging Agreement: A digitally signed agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM per county ordinance; failure to comply may result in immediate termination of stay and fines.
• Monitoring: The property utilizes non-audio volume monitors and a security camera at the front door and driveway.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking inside, no fireworks, no firearms or ammunition, and no illegal drugs (including cannabis).
• Maintenance: This home uses a septic system; please do not flush feminine products or pour grease/oil down drains.
• Guest Tasks: Please strip used sheets and leave them on top of the beds upon departure.
