Accessibility Note: Access to the villa is via a 100cm wide path with one step. The front door is 75cm wide. The terrace is accessed via the lower ground floor using internal or external staircases, and there is a staircase from the parking area to the pool. The terrace features a mix of tiles and artificial grass with steps leading to the sunken seating. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor (doors 70cm wide), with 20 steps leading down from the bedrooms to the living area on the lower ground floor.
