The layout is designed for shared experiences, featuring a large open living room equipped with a 52” Roku TV and high-speed XfinityX1 wireless internet. The second floor also hosts a large eat-in kitchen that seats six, complete with full-sized appliances and a dishwasher, and a full bathroom featuring a shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight of The High Tide, offering plenty of space to relax on both the front enclosed porch and the back open porch, where you will find a gas grill for summer cookouts.
