Welcome to The Tides, a spacious two-unit retreat in Hampton, New Hampshire, perfect for large groups seeking a seaside getaway. This unique property combines two separate living spaces, the High Tide and the Low Tide, within one building to provide plenty of room for your entire party.

Designed to sleep 15 guests comfortably, the home features a total of 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper unit, High Tide, contains four bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor, while the lower unit, Low Tide, offers two bedrooms and one bathroom with the benefit of stair-free entry. Sleeping arrangements are distributed across the property with four queen beds (one including a day bed) in the upper unit, and one queen bed plus two full-size beds in the lower unit.

Each unit is equipped for convenience and comfort:

• High Tide: Features a large eat-in kitchen seating six, a full washer and dryer, and an open living room with a 52-inch Roku HD TV. Guests can relax on the front enclosed porch or the back open porch, which includes a gas grill.
• Low Tide: Boasts its own eat-in kitchen seating six, an outdoor patio space, and an open living room with a 43-inch Roku HD TV.

Both units provide strong XfinityX1 wireless Internet for all devices and are kept cool with window AC units in every bedroom and floor AC units in the main living areas. Each bathroom features a shower (no tub).

Located on P St, The Tides offers a prime location just 0.2 miles from the beach and a short 0.6-mile stroll to the Casino and the free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell. Step outside to find the Coffee Break Cafe, Sabos Subs, and Stacey Janes Karaoke Bar, with Bernies Beach Bar and Bucs Lagoon Mini Golf only a few blocks away.

Practical details for your stay include a contactless check-in and check-out process. Private parking is available for up to four cars, with two spots at the house and two in a private lot 200 yards away. Please note that pets are not allowed, and guests must bring their own linens and pillows as these are not provided.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A starter kit of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry/dishwasher pods is provided to get your vacation started.
