The sleeping arrangements feature 3 luxurious ensuite bedrooms located on the upper level, each equipped with a king bed and a private bathroom. For additional guests, the main level great room includes two luxury leather sectionals that convert into twin sleeping areas with memory foam mattresses, providing comfortable slumber for four more people.

Designed with a modern minimalist aesthetic, the interior features clean lines and oversized windows that flood every room with natural light and breathtaking mountain views. The ultra-modern kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated coffee bar with an espresso maker and Keurig. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The reserving guest must be at least 25 years old. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. To ensure a safe and peaceful environment, smoking, vaping, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. For security, a Ring camera with audio is active at the exterior of the home. A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival.
