The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King loft suite with a Helix mattress, Parachute linens, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The main level hosts a private queen bedroom—perfect for couples or grandparents—and a bunk room featuring four individual twin beds. For additional flexibility, the basement game room includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

Inside, the soaring great room is the heart of the home, wrapped in warm wood with oversized panoramic windows, a real wood-burning stove, and a record player with a large vintage collection. The fully stocked modern kitchen, featuring a Terra Kaffe espresso machine, opens directly into the dining and living spaces. Located in a quiet mountain neighborhood, the chalet is just 15 minutes from historic downtown Julian, famous for its apple pies and boutique shops. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a three-level property on a sloped mountain; guests should be comfortable with stairs. Up to two dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee; while the wraparound deck is fenced and gated, the property does not have a fenced lawn, so pups must be supervised outdoors. One exterior camera monitors the driveway for security.
