About Property

Discover the ultimate mountainous escape at The Black Aframe, a breathtaking getaway in Haymarket, Virginia. Located just one hour from the hustle and bustle of Washington DC, this property offers a regenerating experience that feels a world apart from the city, nestled perfectly among local wineries and breweries.

Designed to prove that a rustic cabin and modern luxury can absolutely coexist, the home features two immaculately designed levels. The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, complemented by 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. For those seeking extra space, the living area includes a pull-out couch, which guests often describe as the ultimate sunrise yoga spot due to the high views of glimmering distant lights.

Inside, the home has been completely remodeled with high-end finishes. You will find shiplap surroundings, exposed beams, and a quiet sitting and reading area perfect for those recharging in serene solitude. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring quartz countertops and a full appliance suite for guests who unwind through cooking.

The exterior is perhaps the most entertaining feature of the property. The Black Aframe boasts the largest multileveled deck ever, with comfortable Adirondack chairs designed for listening to mountain sounds and taking in stunning views for miles. The surrounding land is a unique experience—some call it an Adult Playground—featuring over nine levels of pathways and doors to explore.

Because of the mountainous terrain and the numerous levels of decking and staircases, this property is specifically designed as an adult-only getaway and is not kid-friendly. Guests are welcome to explore the land at their own risk. Please note that the detached basement and the shed/carport at the top of the driveway are off-limits.
