The property features 12 bedrooms, 12 beds, and 11 bathrooms, welcoming up to 16 guests.

The custom-built Main House is the heart of the resort, offering 7 spacious bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom and many with their own private outdoor patios. This home boasts a sleek open-concept chef’s kitchen, a great room, a large dining space, and two wood-burning fireplaces. For those seeking additional privacy, the Guest House provides 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, complemented by an open-concept kitchen and living room, a wood-burning fireplace, and an outdoor deck with a hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit. Completing the trio is the Cabin, a tucked-away sanctuary that blends rustic charm and contemporary design with wooden trusses, a large stone hearth, and a recently updated kitchen and bathroom.

Practical information for your stay: check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed. Please note that guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and the average guest age must be 30 or older. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside the houses and on the property. Additionally, excessive noise, fireworks, and hunting are not allowed. High School, Prom, College, or MBA groups are not permitted. All renters must sign the Dwell Vacations Rental Agreement prior to arrival. All events are subject to additional fees and must be approved by the owner prior to booking.
