Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain neighborhood security, guests (excluding Airbnb) must complete a quick 5-minute ID verification and screening via "Safely" prior to arrival. Pets are welcome with a fee of $60 per stay, per pet; please note that while there is a backyard, it is not fully fenced.

Optional flexible timing is available upon request: Early check-in ranges from $30 (1 PM) to $100 (9 AM), and late check-out ranges from $30 (11 AM) to $120 (5 PM). For extended stays longer than 45 nights, a midstay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance and linen refreshes.
