The living area boasts a large comfortable sectional sofa and a 58-inch smart TV, alongside a pool table, poker set, and various board games. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, a commercial refrigerator/freezer with built-in water and ice, a wine fridge, and a dedicated coffee bar.

For non-Airbnb/HVMB bookings, an independent verification process is required, along with a $10 non-refundable processing fee and a refundable $500 security deposit. Guests must agree to the Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement upon booking. Additionally, please be aware that lawn care teams visit every other week; they work exclusively outdoors for about an hour. While a fire pit is provided, firewood is not included.
