This beautifully appointed home accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to maximize comfort: the oversized first-floor king room features a gas fireplace, a boho hammock chair, and a 55” smart TV with direct patio access. Two additional queen rooms provide restful retreats, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for children, featuring a twin-over-full bunk and a trundle. For added flexibility, two fold-up foam mattresses with linens are available to be placed in the bedrooms or living room as needed.

The home's interior is designed for shared moments, from the large living room with a 72-inch 4K smart TV and toy shelves for the kids, to a fully equipped kitchen and a natural wood dining table that seats eight adults. Guests can ground themselves each morning at the fully-stocked coffee and tea bar, complete with syrups and cute mugs.

Outdoor and recreational spaces abound for all ages:

The cottage also serves as an ideal base for exploration, situated just 25 minutes from James Madison’s Montpelier and 35 minutes from both Charlottesville (UVA) and Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This property welcomes up to 2 well-trained, house-broken dogs (must be included in the reservation and stay off furniture). To maintain the home's quality, a strict no-party policy is enforced, and the property is equipped with decibel monitors and smoke sensors. All overnight guests must be listed in the reservation to avoid a $50/night fee per unlisted guest. Daytime visitors are permitted up to 50% of the booked guest count. The hot tub is reserved strictly for clean humans and clothes; any misuse resulting in damage or extensive cleaning will be the guest's responsibility.
