No unregistered guests and no overnight visitors. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. No outdoor music during quiet hours. If visiting outside during quiet hours please be considerate of neighbors with respect to noise from talking (i.e. no screaming or yelling) Dispose of garbage in the trash bins n the garage. No pets allowed No going directly from lake water to hot tub or pool water. This results in rapid dirtying of the pool and hot tub, extra cleaning as a result of noncompliance with this rule will be billed to guests. Keep a close eye on children when around the pool, hot tub, lake, and on decks/balconies. Keep the hot tub top on and the thermostat set to 80 between uses. Assure natural gas grill burners are turned off between uses. Please do not loiter around or on neighboring properties.
Absolutely no large parties or events are allowed.

For boat ramp and trailer parking use, guests must give one week's advanced notice to the host. Please include the license plate for the trailer and the name of the person to whom the trailer is registered to. We must apply for guest access to these amenities with the Walden deeds office. Of note - the guest are responsible for picking up their access passes from the deeds office on the day of check-in. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Cigaret butts must be property disposed of and not left on grounds of the property. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No glass wear around the pool and hot tub. We stock nonbreakable glasses for outdoor use. All expenses associated with removing glass from the pool will be billed to the guest Six cars per stay. The property can accommodate 2 average sized vehicles in the garage and 4 averaged sized vehicles in the driveway. Overnight street parking is not permitted. This is the guests responsibility to plan accordingly. Use of the jet ski and boat lifts are not permitted without scheduling a call to the host for operation instructions. Misuse can result in costly damage that will be billed to the guests. InsuraGuest Hospitality Liability Coverage: Coverage that protects you during your stay if an accident happens. By accepting this reservation, you are accepting this mandatory fee for your protection. The pool may be heated at a rate of 50.00/day. Heating starts the day before your arrival (so it is warm on arrival) and you must notify the host that you wish for it to be heated. The heater does not run continuously for guests who wish for the pool not to be heated and between stays.
