Please be aware that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs and the primary bathtub jets are nonfunctional. To maintain the property, lawn care services visit every other week. For non-Airbnb/HVMB bookings, a $10 processing fee and a refundable $500 security deposit are required, along with an independent verification process.
