Nestled along the top of the Blue Ridge, the property offers an incredible vantage point of the surrounding landscape. Please be aware that the roads leading to the mountain top and the driveway are very steep. While access is standard most of the year, four-wheel drive, snow tires or chains, and a vehicle with good clearance are highly recommended during winter storms or heavy rain to ensure you can navigate the mountain terrain.

• Age Requirement: Guest booking must be 25 years or older and stay at the property
• Pets: Strictly not allowed
• Noise Policy: Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM per county ordinance. The property uses noise monitoring devices to ensure a peaceful stay; excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
• Security: A security camera monitors the front door and driveway
• Lodging Agreement: A digitally signed agreement is required within 24 hours of booking
• Restrictions: No fireworks, firearms, ammunition, or illegal drugs (including cannabis). Smoking is prohibited inside the house
