• Bedroom 2: Queen bed located on the top floor
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed on the top floor, featuring unique large triangle windows and skylights that create a treehouse-like experience with morning light
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed located on the lower level

The home is complemented by 4 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for your group.

• Lodging Agreement: A digitally signed agreement is required within 24 hours of booking
• Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM per county ordinance; no outdoor music allowed
• Pets: No pets allowed without exception
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the house (outdoor smoking allowed if cleaned up)
• Other Restrictions: No fireworks or illegal drugs
• Safety: The home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for small children due to gate-less stairs and porch rails
