CHILDREN Though we do have plenty of guests who come enjoy the space with their children, it is with the understanding that their safe and fun stay is 100% your responsibility. The cabins and property are in no way "child proof" and do have specialty staircases up to lofted bedrooms. The fireplaces can get very hot and campfire rings can be very dangerous The cabins back up to 1,000’s of acres of densely packed forests. Please keep a close eye on children as they could easily wonder into the forest and get lost! Cabins would be best suited for children over the age of 5
INDOORS The cleaning fee covers cleaning and sanitizing the entire home, towels, and bed linens --it does not cover messes left by guests. There will be an extra fee if extra cleaning is necessary. Please follow check-out instructions and do your best to leave things as you found them. If something is obviously soiled and/or broken upon your arrival, please alert us immediately (within 24 hours) so we will know you were not responsible. Otherwise, you will be held accountable. If you damage or break anything in or around the house, please let us know AS SOON AS this occurs (not at check out so we can arrange for it to be fixed as soon as you leave) No smoking, vaping or marijuana use of any kind indoors. A minimum $300 fine applies for evidence of such. Indoor fireplace is only available October - April. Property is on a septic system, absolutely nothing but a reasonable amount of toilet paper may be flushed, not even "flushable" wipes. No hair dye in the house.
