Check-out is at 10AM. $35+ fee for early check-in/ late check-outs; please request a minimum 24 hours prior. For the safety of all parties, please adhere to check-in/check-out times. There is $100 late fee for unapproved late checkouts. Quiet hours are 9PM to 9AM; inside and outside noise should be kept to a minimum. Please be courteous and respectful to neighbors. Persons on the premises past 9PM are subject to additional guest fees. Additional guests/visitors not permitted without prior host approval. No Pets are allowed at this home. Note there are full sets of stairs inside the home and several steps to enter the home. Tampering with home’s exterior video cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Parties, disorderly behavior, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the property and on porches/deck areas and are subject to a $250 fine plus extra cleaning and repair costs. Drugs, hazardous substances, weapons, candles, incense, and glitter are not permitted. The use of tape on the home’s walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted. Guests must leave the property in the same condition it was found. All property damage must be reported to hosts; unreported damages and extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Photography and filming must be approved by the host prior to booking. Location rates apply. Shipping personal items is $50 for shipping and handling. Large and/or heavy items may require extra shipping costs. A noise monitor is present in this home to help keep noise to acceptable levels for all guests and our neighbors. This measures sound decibels only, no recordings or anything of that nature. Tampering with this device may result in reservation cancellation. All amenities brought to the property by guest or by third party vendor must receive prior written host approval. This vacation rental is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
