• For the enjoyment of all neighbors we ask you to respect quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. For the respect of the community and neighbors, I have a zero-tolerance policy toward partying. This space is intended for business travelers, families, and those visiting the nearby hospital for medical purposes.

-Unfortunately, due to insurance purposes, the fireplace is off-limits.

There is a late checkout fee of $50 for every 30 minutes past checkout time if you do not check out before the 10 AM checkout time. If you would like to extend for an extra day we do ask that you let us know 24 hours beforehand so our cleaning crew can be informed. Thank you!

-We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for business travelers, relocations, and those in need of temporary housing. As such, we kindly request that locals refrain from booking a stay at our place unless they have contacted us beforehand. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. For reservations made on the same day after 12 PM (noon), please note that the standard 4 PM check-in time may not be possible due to the limited time available for cleaning and preparation.

If you want to extend your stay during your reservation, you must open your stay 24 hours before checkout to avoid an additional $50 cleaner cancellation fee. For stays exceeding 30 days, guests shall be responsible for any charges that exceed $150 for electric, gas, or water bills. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the designated bins for proper pick-up. Unbagged trash will not be collected. Please follow this rule to ensure waste is disposed of correctly. Failure to use trash bags will result in a $50 EXTRA CLEANING FEE. Please do not move the trash bin itself into the garage—only the overflow bags should be placed there. Make sure the bags are secure, with No leaks, or double-bag them if necessary to maintain cleanliness and avoid attracting bugs or pests. Same-Day Booking Check-In Policy: For reservations made on the same day, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. We will do our best to have the property ready as soon as possible, and we’ll update you if it can be prepared earlier.
