In total, the home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include four queen-size beds across the front and right back houses. The left back house is a haven for groups, featuring two bunk beds (twin over full) and one twin over twin bunk bed, along with a comfortable futon.

Step outside to discover a fully private, fenced-in backyard featuring a pool and hot tub, meticulously cleaned multiple times per week. Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a refundable $250 fee (please notify the host in advance). Please note that parties, receptions, and events are strictly prohibited. To respect the residential neighborhood, local ordinances forbid excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. Guests are kindly asked to keep all exterior doors closed to maintain AC efficiency and prevent coil freezing. Please note that ice and water are not provided.
