The living area is designed for relaxation, offering a comfortable sofa and a TV for your entertainment. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the space includes a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can also enjoy the stunning views from the private balcony or utilize the onsite washer and dryer for added convenience.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information and house rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed. To maintain the tranquility of the building, no additional guests or parties are permitted at any time; a $500 fine will be enforced for each broken rule.

Access to the unit is managed via a smartphone and the August App. If you require a physical key, please request one 48 hours in advance to schedule a lobby meeting after 6 PM. Per building requirements, the primary guest must send a valid ID to check into the unit. The property includes one building fob; additional fobs can be requested via the 14th-floor office for a nominal fee (approximately $10).
