For larger groups, an extra guest bed is available upon request to ensure everyone is well-rested. To ensure a secure stay, a Meet & Greet check-in process is utilized. Guests must complete an ID verification process via email at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that the apartment does not have step-free access, as there is a flight of stairs between the lift and the entrance. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with luggage storage available starting at 10:00 AM for early arrivals. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. While on-site parking is not provided, guests are encouraged to use JustPark or the nearby Q-Park Lane, located just a 2-minute walk away. Optional services such as airport transfers, grocery pre-stocking, additional cleaning, and baby cots are available for an extra fee upon request.
