The interior is kept warm and cozy with floor heating throughout.

While the property provides a quiet sanctuary, it is perfectly positioned for adventure. You are just a 5-minute drive from the Kitzbühel ski area's valley station, making downhill and cross-country skiing easily accessible in the immediate vicinity. For those visiting during other seasons, the area is a haven for hiking, golfing on the nearby 18-hole course, or exploring the Hohe Tauern National Park visitor center.
