The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds on the main level, a third bedroom featuring both a full bunk bed and a twin bunk bed, and a dedicated bonus room with a king bed. Please note that exterior stairs are required for entry, and interior stairs lead to the lower-level bedroom and bonus room.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• No pets allowed
• No smoking indoors (violations incur a $1,500 fee)
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM
• No parties or events permitted
• Registered guests only; undisclosed guests may result in fines
• Beach fires are prohibited; life jackets are required for kayaking, and kayaking is not permitted after dark
• Parking is available in front of the garage for 8 or more cars
• Exterior security cameras are active at the doorbell, back deck, and garage
