Pet Policy:
A $55.00 (per dog, per month) non-refundable pet fee is due at the time of booking.

Up to two friendly -- small to medium sized dogs -- are permitted. Cats (and other types of animals) are not allowed.

Dogs may not be left unattended at the property for extended periods of time and must be on a leash at all times when outside. Pet relief on the front lawn and artificial turf is prohibited since it will kill the grass/ruin the turf. Dog owners are required to pick up any droppings. There is Los Olivos Park around the block that is available for dogs. Only dogs approved at the time of booking will be allowed on the property.

Violation of the pet policy is subject to cancellation and forfeit of the reservation without refund.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in-unit or within the patios. This includes marijuana. Smoking or vaping (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on this property.
