• Mobility Note: This villa is located in an exceptionally hilly area. Due to the property's design, there are numerous exterior and interior staircases, including 14 steps to reach the first-floor bedrooms. Care is advised for guests with restricted mobility.
• Safety Warning: Extra caution is required around the pool terrace due to low balustrades; children must be supervised at all times.
