Designed for comfort and convenience, the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. The layout features a functional hall and a living room equipped with a satellite TV. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two bedrooms: one versatile room containing a double bed, a single sofa bed, and a single bed, and a second bedroom featuring a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A second full bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet is also available for guest use. The open kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, boasting a 4-ring stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a coffee machine.

While the apartment provides a relaxing home base, the surrounding area is a playground for outdoor enthusiasts. In winter, a nearby ski bus provides effortless access to a massive ski area featuring 200 km of slopes and 70 lifts, catering to both beginners and experienced skiers. During the summer, guests benefit from the SUPER-SOMMER-CARD (available until October 11), which provides access to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski lifts, shuttle buses between resorts, the Mini-Maxi-Club in Fiss, the Murmliclub in Serfaus, and guided hikes. Costs for this card vary by age: children up to 6 are free, ages 7-15 are 5.00 euros, and those 16 and over are 7.50 euros per day.
