The sleeping arrangements include two Royal Suites featuring plush King beds and luxury linens, alongside a high-capacity Bunk Wing. This fun space is equipped with two full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle, making it the perfect setup for a squad stay or family vacation. The two full bathrooms provide ample space, including one featuring a massive walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub for a relaxing morning.

Step outside to the heart of the home: a fully fenced, private backyard. This outdoor living area is designed for Nashville nights, featuring a professionally maintained private hot tub ready for a post-Broadway soak and plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the local weather.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via self check-in with a secure smart lock. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed on the property. To ensure a seamless arrival, guests are required to sign a Guest Agreement before check-in instructions are released. For the health of our guests and the planet, we exclusively use green and organic cleaning supplies.
