The villa is thoughtfully configured with 1 bedroom featuring a comfy King Sized Bed to ensure a great night's sleep after a day of adventure, and 1 bathroom. Guests will love the wrap-around balcony, which offers sweeping views of St. John, various cays, and the BVI. Whether you are relaxing on the chaise lounges, enjoying cocktails, or sharing a dinner at the balcony table, amazing views and refreshing breezes await you from every spot in the condo.

Inside, you will find a full-sized remodeled kitchen and bathroom providing everything needed for a cozy evening in. The property is situated within a resort environment that offers exceptional facilities, including three pools, a small intimate beach, a nature trail, and two on-site dining options: the Lionfish Grill (open Wed-Sun for dinner) and the Sun & Sea Bar & Grille (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Located in a prime position on the hilltop, you are only 2 minutes from Coki and Lindquist beaches and 10 minutes from Magens Bay. A quick 5-minute drive takes you to Red Hook, where you will find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and the ferry to St. John for exploring National Park beaches. To fully enjoy the island's ruins, snorkeling, and duty-free shopping in Charlotte Amalie, a rental car is highly recommended.

Please note that while resort generators are in place to mitigate WAPA power outages, we cannot provide refunds for travel disruptions caused by weather or airline cancellations.
