Your journey begins at the front porch, leading you into a spacious and formal eclectic living room. The layout includes two large, comfortable bedrooms served by a large hallway bathroom, and a fourth bedroom conveniently located adjacent to the formal living area. For a more secluded experience, the beautifully appointed Master Suite boasts its own private bathroom and big closets.

Entertainment and utility are blended throughout the home. Guests can enjoy a dining and entertainment area equipped with a large smart TV, and a modern, ample kitchen that includes a second sitting area. Huge TVs are placed throughout the house to ensure guests are always connected to their favorite media. Outside, the lush and tropical landscape provides a serene backdrop for the relaxing and fun backyard deck, complete with a ping pong table, hammock, and bar-b-q grill.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To ensure a respectful environment for the neighborhood, several house rules are in place: quiet time begins at 10:00 PM, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and no parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Parking is available in the driveway on a first-come, first-serve basis, with plenty of additional street parking available. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee charged separately.
