• 1 Bedroom: A private primary suite featuring a comfy queen-size bed
• 1 Bed: In addition to the primary bed, the hallway features bunk beds for kids or adults
• 1 Bathroom
• Additional sleeping: The living area includes a large comfy sleeper sofa

• Three pools: Including a resort-style pool, a children's pool, and a heated pool

Location & Neighborhood The Turquoise Turtle is situated within the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental destinations. The property is positioned near the front of the complex to ensure guests can enjoy the best possible sights and sounds of the coast.

Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Only adults over the age of 25 and families are permitted to rent
• Identification: A photocopy of the main renter's ID is required prior to arrival
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: A fee of $10.00 per car per day (plus sales tax) must be paid to the Maravilla office (Unit 121) upon arrival; cash is not accepted. Rates are capped at $70.00 per 30-day period. Motorcycle trailers are only permitted during special event weekends like Biker Rally Weekend.
• Important Note: Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla complex, but please be assured that the actual unit is not under construction.
• Taxes: All fees and services are subject to a 15% tax.
