The layout is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature a private primary suite with a comfy queen size bed, while the hallway contains bunkbeds ideal for children or additional adults. For added flexibility, the living area includes a large comfy sleeper sofa. The home is completed by one bathroom to serve the group.

Inside, coastal colors accent the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living area is anchored by an entertainment center with a fireplace and wall-mounted TV. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation. One of the standout features is the large balcony, offering stunning ocean views as well as vistas of the pool and waterfall, providing an ideal spot for a relaxing drink or dinner.

While no general amenities are listed for the unit itself, guests have access to the expansive Maravilla community features, including three pools (resort-style, children's, and heated), an in-ground spa, outdoor volleyball, chaise lounges, and barbecue pits for grilling.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community with an abundance of activities. Within walking distance, you can enjoy go-carts, miniature golf, batting cages, a local movie theater, and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier. Nearby attractions include the Moody Gardens experience, Moody Gardens Golf Course, and the world-famous Schlitterbahn waterpark. Explore the historic Strand and Postoffice for art galleries and quaint shops, or catch a performance at the Grand 1894 Opera House. From Mardi Gras and the Lone Star Biker Rally to bird watching and kayaking, there is truly something for everyone.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guest Requirements: Only adults 25 years or older and families are permitted to rent. A photocopy of the main renter's identification is required prior to arrival.
• Parking: A fee of $10.00 per car per day (plus sales tax) must be paid at the Maravilla office (Unit 121). Cash is not accepted. Parking rates are capped at $70.00 per 30-day period. Motorcycle trailers are only permitted during special event weekends like Biker Rally Weekend.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Important Note: Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla complex, however, the actual unit is not under construction.
• Fees: All fees and services are subject to a 15% tax.
