The sleeping arrangements include a tranquil king bedroom on the main living level for added convenience, a serene queen bedroom upstairs, and two twin-friendly rooms perfect for children. One of these unique spaces features twin mattresses on the floor beneath a gently sloped ceiling, creating a cozy, sleepover-style hideaway.

Over 2,500 square feet of curated living space awaits you. The second level, accessed by stairs, offers an open and airy layout flooded with natural light. Here, you will find a spacious living room with a stylish wet bar and a gourmet kitchen featuring modern appliances and a large island. Multiple wraparound balconies allow you to soak in sweeping views of the water and fairway.

The ground level is a private outdoor oasis for laid-back island living. Guests can enjoy the outdoor shower, dine al fresco, or utilize the gas grill and Big Green Egg. For ultimate relaxation, unwind by the private pool and spa.
