Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome, though only one dog is permitted with a $150 pet fee; dogs must be crated if left alone and are not allowed on furniture. Per HOA and local laws, the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present for the duration of the stay; for non-family groups, all guests must be over 23. Please note that a starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided. A payment schedule of 50% at confirmation and the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival is required.
