Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and any visitors staying past this time must be registered. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Strict policies are in place: no smoking, vaping, or drugs (including marijuana) on the premises; smoke smells incur a $100 cleaning fee. Parties and large gatherings exceeding the maximum guest count are prohibited. All guests must be 21 or older unless accompanied by a parent. Subletting is not permitted. Please follow trash guidelines by using the green bin for bagged trash and the blue bin strictly for recycling to avoid a $100 city fee. Exterior surveillance cameras are in use for security.
