Welcome to the Gulf Breeze Cottage, your tropically decorated home away from home in Sarasota, Florida. From the moment you enter, you will know you have arrived in Paradise, with an interior designed to set the mood for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

The cottage features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The first bedroom serves as a primary retreat with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a sliding door offering views of the pool. The second bedroom also provides a king bed for ultimate comfort, while the third bedroom features two twin beds and an air-mattress available in the closet for additional needs. Both newly updated bathrooms ensure a refreshing experience, with one offering a walk-in shower and the other a tub/shower combination.

• Private heated pool (heated Jan 1st - March 31st; available other times for a fee of $25.00/day)

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, you are only minutes away from the famous white sands of Siesta Key and the diverse shops and restaurants of Gulf Gate Village.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to our house rules. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. We maintain a strict Good Neighbor Policy with quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM; parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please note that we do not accept reservations for groups under 26 years of age unless traveling with a parent or granted a specific exception. Per Sarasota ordinance, there is a limit of one rental per 30-day period.
