• Dog Policy: Pets are allowed with prior authorization and subject to a $100 fee per animal (or $200/month for long-term stays). Only one sterilized dog over 1 year old is permitted. Dogs must not climb on furniture, access bedrooms, or cause noise pollution. Guests must pick up excrement and vacuum floors and couches at the end of their stay.
