About Property

Discover the ultimate in spacious luxury at Summit, a crown jewel of the Lake Harmony collection perched at the highest point in the area for breathtaking, panoramic views of the Pocono Mountains. This newly remodeled mountain lodge is designed for effortless hosting, whether you are planning a multi-generational family reunion or a professional retreat.

This expansive estate features 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, meticulously configured to accommodate large groups. The layout includes a first-floor bedroom with a roll-in shower for accessibility, while the upper levels offer a variety of queen, king, and double beds. For added convenience, a private elevator connects the first and second floors, ensuring every guest can easily enjoy the scenery.

Summit is a social headquarters designed for entertainment and relaxation. The heart of the home is an open chef's kitchen—a logistical dream featuring two refrigerators, two ovens, and two dishwashers—seamlessly connected to the living area. This space is anchored by a unique indoor-outdoor gas fireplace that warms both the interior and the expansive outdoor deck. For those seeking fun, the lower-level game room is a destination in itself, complete with a professional pool table, a vintage multi-cade arcade system, a full bar, and a whole-house sound system.

Outdoor living is where Summit truly earns its reputation. The large deck faces a wooded mountain landscape, featuring a Weber grill and a cozy outdoor fireplace. Guests can soak in the private hot tub under the stars or gather around the firepit in the lower yard. In winter, the lit slopes of Big Boulder Ski Resort are visible from the deck.
