This expansive ranch-style home is designed for unforgettable gatherings, featuring over 6,000 square feet of interior space situated on more than 6 acres of total privacy. The layout provides convenient single-level living where nearly every room offers direct access to the outdoors and a beautiful wraparound deck that leads to the pool house retreat. Please be advised that while the home is primarily on one level, there are one or two steps in certain areas throughout the house.

Sleeping Arrangements: This spacious retreat features 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, with 6.5 luxury bathrooms to ensure plenty of convenience for larger groups. The home accommodates 16 or more guests, with additional sleeping space provided by three sleeper sofas located throughout the common areas, including the basement.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a limit of 3 (no cats) and an additional $175 pet fee. Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older.
