Upper Level: Bedroom 1 with 2 full beds and a bathroom.
Main Level: Bedroom 2 with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, Bedroom 3 with 1 king bed, and Bedroom 4 with 1 queen bed, served by 2 full bathrooms.
Basement: Bedroom 5 (queen bed, ensuite bath), Bedroom 6 (queen bed), Bedroom 7 (king bed), and Bedroom 8 (king bed), with 2 full bathrooms total on this level.

Location & Neighborhood Situated within the Towamensing Trails community, guests enjoy a short walk to the lake and sports courts. Community access includes a 190-acre fish-stocked lake with a beach, outdoor swimming pool, playground, restaurant, and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. The lodge is ideally positioned for Poconos adventures, located within a 10 to 30-minute drive of Big Boulder Mountain, Jim Thorpe, Split Rock Resort, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and numerous hiking trails and wineries.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Dogs are welcome (max 3) with a $150 fee per dog and prior approval. Mandatory community registration is required, including a $25 group fee and $7 per vehicle. Please note that outdoor fires, fireworks, parties, and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. A $50 damage waiver is applied to all reservations.

● Must be at least 25 years old to book this property ● QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times ● PETS - We allow dogs only (up to 3 per stay) with a fee per dog as noted in the listing description. Cats and other types of pets are not permitted. All dogs must be pre-screened and approved - please share detailed information during the booking process. Keep dogs off all furniture. You are required to clean up after them, both in the house and in the yard. Damages, stains, and excessive dog hair will result in additional charges. ● NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED - All visitors must be approved by Wander Home ● NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED ● NO OUTDOOR FIRES ● NO FIREWORKS ● NO FOOD DOWN THE DRAIN - no disposal and property on septic ● FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILETS ● TRASH - Use the vehicle pass in your registration packet to take all of your trash to the community compactor site throughout and after your stay. Do not leave trash outside. Any trash left behind will result in additional fees. ● DISHES - Please wash the dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out. ● Follow all Towamensing Trails community rules. Golf carts and ATVs are NOT ALLOWED. ● If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ● Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.' ● PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late checkout. ● PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules.
