Designed for groups and multi-generational families, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across three levels: the first floor hosts a queen bed, the second floor offers a second queen bedroom and a bunk room with a double and twin bed plus a twin trundle, and the third-floor loft provides two twin beds.

This home is packed with features to keep everyone entertained. Adults can relax in the brand-new hot tub, lounge by the outdoor fire pit and gazebo, or enjoy the second-floor deck with a gas BBQ grill. The kids will love the ground-floor family room, complete with a multi-game table and smart TV. Inside, you will find an open-concept kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, a dedicated coffee corner, and a cocktail creation cart. For those needing to stay connected, there is a dedicated workspace in the loft with a monitor and verified high-speed internet.

Located in the beautiful Emerald Lakes community, you are just a 3-minute walk from the nearest beach and lake. The surrounding neighborhood offers an indoor heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a community center with an arcade. You are centrally located near the Pocono's greatest attractions, including Kalahari (about 10 minutes away), Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback, and various breweries and wineries starting just 7 miles away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome for an additional cost. Please note a minimum rental age of 25. A $100 late fee applies if registration information is not provided by 4 PM the day prior to arrival. Community amenity passes for the pools and beaches are available for purchase at the administrative office (ranging from $20 to $50 per person). 4WD/AWD is recommended during winter visits.
