Large windows offer serene views of the lake while you cook or relax in the living room by the gas fireplace. This level also provides access to an elevated large deck with a BBQ grill and a screened-in patio.

For sleeping arrangements, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout includes a master bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, and three bedrooms downstairs featuring a queen bed, a double bed and twin bed combination, and a final room with four twin beds.

Downstairs, the entertainment continues with a cozy lounge area featuring a large TV and foosball table, leading to a large deck with a relaxing 7-person hot tub. For classic fun, the basement houses a three-sided arcade machine with over 1,000 games, including Ms. Pac-Man and Donkey Kong.

Take advantage of the exclusive private boat dock, which includes a pedal boat, two kayaks, and a canoe for exploring the waters. Guests also benefit from high-speed 250 Mbps WiFi via a mesh network, multiple Smart TVs with YouTube TV, and a fully equipped laundry area.
