The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for large groups: the master suite includes a queen bed and two air mattresses, while other bedrooms offer a mix of queen beds, twin beds, and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. For additional flexibility, the loft contains two futon sofa beds and there is a couch in the living room.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 7 vehicles (no street parking)
