Practical details for your stay: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM via a tech-enabled self-check-in process, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet per stay; please notify the host in advance. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, excessive outdoor noise is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM, and parties are not allowed. For security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and noise decibel detectors. Guests are required to sign a Short Term Agreement and complete a virtual ID check prior to receiving access instructions. We also kindly ask guests to be environmentally conscious by turning off electronics when not in use and using linens responsibly.
