Important guest information: Community registration is mandatory for all guests. Required fees include $20 transaction fee, $20 per vehicle gate card, and temporary membership fees of $8.50 daily per person (age 6+) during peak season (May 23-September 2, 2025) or $2.00 daily off-season. Late bookings within 4 days incur an additional $100 fee. Rental agreement must be completed within 48 hours or booking may be cancelled without refund. Minimum age requirement is 25 years. This is a non-smoking property with $250 penalty for violations. Lake access is at your own risk with no dock available. Security cameras are present at entry points and driveway.
