Important Guest Information: This property requires advance registration with the gated community - all documentation must be submitted at least four days before arrival to avoid a $100 late fee (OTA) or $75 late fee (direct booking). Entry requires printed vehicle registration and valid driver's license - digital copies are not accepted. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests with parking for 5 vehicles. Well-behaved dogs welcome for $75 per pet fee. Minimum age requirement of 25 for non-family groups. Kayaks available seasonally May through September. Please note: the adjacent lot is cleared for future construction planned in 2026, and the game room is located in a converted garage.
