• Parking: No on-site parking is available. Guests may find street parking on Waterloo Road, Duncombe Street, or Wallingford Road, or utilize the long stay car parks located on the Quay and at the top of Fore Street.
• Access: Guests have full use of the property, though please note that the next-door neighbour has access past the rear of the property to reach their own garden.
