Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please coordinate your arrival time with your host, Gerardo Lopez, to ensure a smooth check-in process. Early check-ins, late check-ins, or late check-outs are subject to availability and approval by KIVOYA, with an additional fee of USD $20 per hour.

Important Guidelines:

• Parking: Includes parking for one car. Additional vehicles are subject to availability and incur a fine of 500 MXN each. Extra parking is not available between December 20 and January 10.
• Pets: No pets are allowed.
• Construction Note: Please be aware of roadwork between the airport and the property. Additionally, there is construction on-site Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and the gym is currently under construction.
• Regulations: Guests must comply with all property and condominium rules. Violations may result in fines ranging from USD $50 to USD $1,000, plus the cost of any damages or extraordinary cleaning.
